What is the commitment period?
There is no commitment for the “Standard” and “Classic” plans, so you can sign up and test our offers from 0€/month. If you’re happy with Binks and are looking for an offer with unbeatable caps, then you can sign up for the Premium plan with a commitment. You have the choice to commit only after you are convinced of our services.
Is my money safe?
Your money belongs to you and you alone. Binks does not touch, lend, or reinvest its users’ funds. This policy will never change. No matter how much money you have in your bank account, you are free to deposit and retrieve it whenever you want. In other words, your money is totally secure and in case of bankruptcy, you are covered for the amount of funds you have in your account. To learn more about Binks security, please visit this page by clicking here.
How much do I earn per month?
Unlike most traditional banks, there are no income requirements to open a bank account with Binks. We believe that everyone has the right to a bank account and a bank card to use their money freely, regardless of their financial situation.
What happens if I am overdrawn?
There are no overdraft facilities at Binks. You spend your money where and when you want, but it is not possible to have a negative bank balance. You are notified in real time after every transaction on your bank account so you can see where your bank balance is and manage your spending more easily.
How soon will I receive my card?
You receive access to your virtual card and your bank account information immediately after signing up to fund your account and make online payments. Your Binks numberless black card takes 7-14 business days to arrive in your mailbox. This timeframe varies depending on your location.
What documents do I need to register?
You don’t need much to open a bank account with Binks. If you live in France or in the French overseas territories (Guyana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion Island, Mayotte), your ID is enough. If you are staying with a friend or family member, you will simply need to add a proof of accommodation from your host.
